# Terms of Service

Welcome to SkyPay - BD. By accessing our platform, registering an account, integrating our API solutions, or initiating payment flows, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

## 1. Profile Authenticity & Registration Integrity

All merchants and platform users must submit true, valid, and authentic identity records during enrollment.

* **Disposable or temporary email addresses:** Creating accounts using temporary, throwaway, or proxy email addresses is prohibited.
* **Verification controls:** SkyPay may require email, phone, or identity verification at any time to prevent unauthorized or automated activity.
* **Fabricated credentials:** Submitting false identities, forged phone records, or invalid profile details may result in immediate account suspension.

**Account enforcement:** Merchant accounts operating with falsified, inaccurate, or disposable information may be terminated. Wallet balances and unused credits associated with such accounts may be frozen or forfeited, subject to applicable law and any mandatory legal requirements.

## 2. Merchant Brand Configuration Standards

Before deploying checkout integrations, merchants must configure a brand identity in the operational portal.

### Required contact channels

Every merchant brand profile must provide:

* A functional WhatsApp customer-service number.
* A reachable direct telephone number.
* An active customer-support email address.

Inactive, unmonitored, or fraudulent contact details may result in the brand profile being removed or the account being suspended.

### Domain and infrastructure declaration

Merchants using an independently hosted domain must provide the authentic URL. Merchants without a domain must describe the relevant application, digital storefront, or operational processing model accurately.

### Brand names and visual assets

Brand names, logos, and related visual assets must not contain vulgar or abusive terminology, harassment, or adult-only (18+) themes.

## 3. Compliance Review, Warnings & Suspension

For minor compliance issues, SkyPay may issue one formal notice requiring correction within 24 hours. Failure to correct the flagged brand configuration or operational record within that period may result in account suspension and the freezing of platform credits.

Serious violations, suspected fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity may result in immediate suspension or termination without a prior warning.

## 4. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and brand information, their products and services, customer fulfilment, and compliance with laws applicable to their business. SkyPay's payment technology does not remove or transfer these responsibilities.

## 5. Changes to These Terms

SkyPay may revise or supplement these terms to address operational, security, or compliance requirements. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
