# Platform Disclaimer

SkyPay - BD provides payment facilitation technology on an **“as-is”** and **“as-available”** basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

## 1. Service Availability

SkyPay is not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by upstream telecommunications providers, mobile operators, banks, payment networks, internet connectivity, or other third-party infrastructure outside its reasonable control.

Transaction statuses may be delayed while a payment channel or network completes processing. Merchants should verify transaction status through the available platform procedures before fulfilling an order.

## 2. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants remain responsible for their products and services, customer fulfilment, tax and fiscal compliance, required licenses, and the legality of their business under applicable regional laws.

## 3. Third-Party Channels

Availability and performance of external banking, mobile financial services, telecommunications, and blockchain networks are controlled by their respective operators. SkyPay cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation or processing time.

## 4. Updates

SkyPay may revise these policies and operational requirements to maintain network security and reflect changes to its services. The latest published version should be consulted regularly.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
