# Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy

SkyPay - BD applies strict controls against fraudulent transactions, deceptive merchant practices, malicious activity, and unlawful use of its payment technology.

## 1. Consumer Protection & Payment Boundaries

SkyPay operates as a software gateway provider. Under the described checkout flow, customer payments settle directly to the merchant's integrated financial accounts. SkyPay does not hold, escrow, or intermediate end-user checkout funds.

Merchants must deliver the products, services, or digital access they advertise and must not collect customer funds through deceptive claims or fulfilment fraud.

Where credible evidence indicates merchant fraud, SkyPay may immediately suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account and preserve records for investigation.

Because checkout funds are transferred directly to merchant financial endpoints rather than held by SkyPay, SkyPay may be unable to retrieve or reverse those funds from the merchant's account. SkyPay may also freeze or revoke the merchant's internal deposits, active subscriptions, or panel balances, subject to applicable law and the platform's policies.

## 2. Prohibited Activities

Using SkyPay APIs, brand links, or transaction endpoints for the following is prohibited:

* Pornography, explicit webcam services, or non-consensual sexual content.
* Phishing, unauthorized credential harvesting, or counterfeit checkout pages.
* Distribution of unlicensed narcotics, prohibited goods, or weapons.
* Deceptive high-yield investment schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent lotteries.
* Any other activity that violates applicable law or threatens platform, merchant, or consumer security.

## 3. Enforcement

Depending on severity, SkyPay may investigate, request additional information, restrict checkout access, suspend a brand, freeze internal platform balances, or terminate an account. Serious or urgent cases may be actioned without a prior warning.

Merchants must cooperate with reasonable compliance reviews and provide accurate supporting information when requested.
