All requests must be transmitted securely over HTTPS with TLS 1.3 encryption.

* **Transport Security**: Minimum TLS 1.2 enforced (TLS 1.3 strongly recommended). Plain HTTP connections will be rejected.
* **HTTP Headers**: All JSON payload requests must supply:

* **Telecom Latency Window (5–20 Seconds)**: Mobile Financial Services transactions rely on cellular broadcast networks. Maintain an inherent processing buffer of 10–15 seconds before polling verification states.
* **Relay Hardware Power Management**: Android hardware running `SkyPay.apk` must remain connected to constant AC power with background battery optimization configured to **Unrestricted**.
